Our products are made-to-order in an effort to minimise waste, so please consider carefully before purchasing if you are likely to change your mind.
We will do our best to find loving homes for unwanted items if they do make their way back to us, but we'd love to keep excess stock to a minimum and only produce what we need.

Simply visit your account, open the relevant order and request a return.
You won't need a password for your account. Once you enter your email address you'll receive a one-time code to gain access.

You have 14 days after your order is delivered to submit a return request, and an additional 14 days to return the item(s) to us.

Thankfully this is rare, but mistakes do happen and we're on hand to make them right for you as fast as possible.
